10-Year Anniversary Print Party

Who's ready to Partayyyy? Us, that's who. Happy Monday guys, we hope you are all doing swimmingly just as we are. Why are we doing so good though, and on a Monday of all things? That's because we are PUMPED (yes, we broke out the all-caps) for our 10-Year Anniversary Print Party... pause for dramatic effect.... We're sure there's a slew of questions running through your heads right now. Questions such as, "What's a print party?" or perhaps, "When is this wonderful event?" Heck, you might even be wondering, "Wait, you guys have been open for 10 years?" Not gonna lie, if you guys are actually thinking that last one, we're just a tad bit sad, but don't worry we still love ya! 

We have been open for 10 years! Our fearless leader, Garrett Gerstenberger, aka the Merch Mastermind, aka aka Bossman, began Island View Outfitters when he was an undergrad at UCSB. And he started it from his garage, which sort of makes him our very own Steve Jobs. Garrett and his business partner, Jose Cardoso, have been pouring their love for the locally made and locally inspired designs for 10 years now and we happen to think that's pretty awesome. Whenever you guys walk into our little slice of paradise, take a look around, and inhale all of the wonderful designs, you have Garrett and Jose to thank. This dream team both designs and crafts the intricate embodiments of the sunny Central Coast you see before you on our wonderful products. But this time, you can too!

On Saturday, February 22 from 12PM-5PM, you can join us and be a part of the Island View Crew with our Print Party!! To answer a question you might have had earlier, a print party is where we provide the screens (used to make a screen-printed shirt) as well as the ink, and in-turn you guys get to put together your very own Island View Outfitters tees. Exciting stuff, right? That's not even the best part. When we say we're throwing a party, that is some serious stuff. There's gonna be a raffle, store discounts, live music, you name it, we have it. Heck, there might even be a photographer taking some candids during your turn making your shirt. Pro-tip: these look great both on the gram and on dating sites.
