It all started in a small Isla Vista garage on Camino Del Sur and Pasado - peddling shirts between classes at UC Santa Barbara and through late nights for friends in student groups or organizations. Homework was often neglected; building the t-shirt empire as a college entrepreneur was more important at that time.
We wouldn't really call ourselves an empire nowadays, but we also realized through time we don't want to be one, anyway. While we've grown and transformed over the years via all of our dedicated passion, sweat, and hard work for almost a decade, the best thing that we take away from this time after time is not how to build the biggest and bestest battleship; it's the interaction we share with our customers/ friends/ partners/ community members about our artwork, creation process, and final products.
Our lives revolve around creating purposeful work - and to be able to materialistically see, between the screens, ink, squeegees, and springs... (and a little elbow grease)... that a custom printed t-shirt goes a long, long way.
It's been a pleasure for us to use screen printing and design as a lens for our surrounding community.
